Taranenko Viktor Anatoliiovych
TARANENKO Viktor Anatoliiovych (30. 06. 1946, Nalchik, RF — 2015, Lublin, Poland) — specialist in mechanical machining of parts. Doctor of Technical Sciences (1992), professor (1992). Graduated from the Sevastopol Instrument-Making Institute (1969), Slovak University of Technology (Bratislava, 1978). From 1973 he worked at the Sevastopol Technical University, where he advanced from assistant to professor; from 2004 — Professor, 2005–10 — Head of the Department of Flexible Manufacturing Systems at the Lublin University of Technology. Research interests are focused on problems of automation and adaptive control of processes of mechanical machining of parts on metal-cutting machine tools. Developed theoretical and technological foundations for controlling the accuracy of shaping non-rigid elastically deformed parts.
