Опанасюк Анатолій Сергійович

ОПАНАСЮ́К Анатолій Сергійович (02. 03. 1957, м. Воркута, Респ. Комі, РФ) — фізик, матеріалознавець. Доктор фізико-математичних наук (2011), професор (2013). Закін. Харків. політех. інститут (1981). Від 1985 працює у Сум. університеті: від 2012 — завідувач кафедри електроніки і комп’ютер. техніки. Наукові дослідження: матеріалознавство кестерит. сполук, сполук А2В6, А4В6 та твердих розчинів на їхній основі; створення прилад. структур (соняч. елементів, детекторів жорсткого і світл. випромінювання, детекторів газів, елементів прозорої та гнучкої електроніки) на основі гетеропереходів та структур напівпровідник-метал.
