Татарчук Дмитро Дмитрович
ТАТАРЧУ́К Дмитро Дмитрович (14. 03. 1967, Київ) — фахівець у галузі твердотільної електроніки. Доктор технічних наук (2020). Закінчив Національний технічний університет України «Київський політехнічний інститут» (1994), де від 1998 й працює: 2016–21 — директор НДІ електроніки та мікросистемної техніки, від 2022 — завідувач кафедри мікроелектроніки. Наукові дослідження: мікрохвильові діелектричні і композитні матеріали та пристрої на їх основі; метаматеріали та мультифероїки.
